Terms and Conditions for Online Sales
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER FROM JANET KRUSI FINE ART, AND RETAIN A COPY OF THEM AND YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

BY CONTINUING WITH A PURCHASE IT IS DEEMED THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Terms
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Janet Krusi Fine Art ordered from the Janet Krusi Fine Art website at www.janetkrusiart.com. By continuing with a purchase, it is deemed that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.

Janet Krusi Fine Art reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.

These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.

Orders and Prices
Janet Krusi Fine Art uses Paypal as their online purchasing system. No NFTs.

Contact us to inform us if you plan for local pickup. If not, delivery charges will be added to your order once item has been weighed and accessed. Unless otherwise noted, frames are not included.

The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to dispatch of your order, Janet Krusi Fine Art will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order.

When ordering online your order will be sent to Janet Krusi Fine Art through Paypal by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm Janet Krusi Fine Art has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact Janet Krusi Fine Art by email at janetkrusiart@gmail.com.

If you are shopping from outside the US, please contact the gallery directly at janetkrusiart@gmail.com to place your order as terms and conditions, shipping prices and delivery times will differ from those stated on our website.

All goods are subject to availability.

Janet Krusi Fine Art is under no obligation to accept any order.

Please contact artist via email if you are interested in a commissioned work. Accepting only during certain times of year.

Delivery
All delivery times quoted on the Janet Krusi Fine Art website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times.

Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email.

All work will be sent to you by courier service unless local pickup has been selected. Janet Krusi Fine Art will endeavor to deliver purchased art within 14 days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email from the gallery at the time of purchase.

If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of couriered goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods. Janet Krusi Fine Art cannot accept responsibility for large goods that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.

A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.

Once the artwork is considered delivered, responsibility for the work, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for insuring the work.

If Janet Krusi Fine Art is unable to deliver your order within 30 days, the gallery will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order via PayPal.

Janet Krusi Fine Art is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Janet Krusi Fine Art is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.

Ownership and Copyright
Once an artwork is in your possession you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of an artwork to any third party including the internet for any purpose. Copyright belongs to the artist Janet Krusi. Images of sold paintings may still be used by Janet Krusi Fine Art for any future use including but not limited to advertising, books and other publications, social media and other web-based use.

Payment Security
Janet Krusi Fine Art uses Paypal for online payments. Paypal allows us to safely process your credit card payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible. For further information regarding Paypal’s secure systems please visit their paypal account at paypal.me/janetkrusiart

Janet Krusi Fine Art is not liable for any unauthorized access to information supplied by you.

Privacy
Janet Krusi Fine Art does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties.

Returns
In cases of goods that are damaged or wrongly supplied please contact Janet Krusi Fine Art at janetkrusiart@gmail.com.
Janet Krusi Fine Art accepts no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit. Please see the return policy for further information.

Original Artwork Return Policy

Please unpack carefully and retain all packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase.

From the time you receive your original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.

We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned.

You have three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork. ***Do not ship the artwork before contacting us.***

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)
